FULL SERVICE DESIGN

During our consultation meeting, we will meet to discuss your vision for space(s).  We will identify what your needs and objectives are for the project.  We will discuss specific functions of the space, who will be using the space, furniture, lighting and/or equipment requirements.  We will discuss how to personalize your design project with the best end-results in mind. We will discuss your timeframe and budget. By the end of our consultation meeting, we will have a clear vision for your style and how to maximize your budget.   

During the design phase, we will prepare space planning and furniture layouts. Rough sketches are created, preliminary furniture and finish ideas are developed and presented to the client for review and revisions. We will develop final floor plans and other items in greater detail. Colors and finishes are refined, furniture, fabrics, and equipment are selected and a cost estimate is prepared.  We will prepare a full design presentation and present to the client for review, revisions and final approval.  

After the approval of the design, which is within the established budget, we turn your vision into a reality. This process may include millwork specifications, finish selections such as flooring and paint, lighting plans and fixture selection, plumbing location and fixtures, electrical layouts that pertain to the total scope of work to be completed.  If bids are obtained, contractors are selected and purchase orders are issued.  We work closely with your design project to ensure proper installation and all items are received in good condition.
